I started off building this directory of appraisal management companies, at the same time I was building websites focusing on each individual community within my market area as well as targeting each service I wish to provide.  I can tell you now that I get most of my high fee appraisal business on estate work generated from about 5 appraisal related websites targeting each type of estate work in the communities I serve. 

That gives me the option to pick and choose what type of AMC work I would like.  I really like to do REO appraisals as I do not have to set up inspection times and dates, and I also like very difficult custom home appraisals valued over 1M.  That is the type of work I am completing for the AMCs at this time.
